How can I change or cancel my order?

For cancellations or changes, please contact info@yuvy.co.uk. Yuvy cannot guarantee a cancellation after order dispatch confirmation. If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will be processed once the order has been returned.

You can return Yuvy products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact info@yuvy.co.uk to process your return and receive a return label.

Yes. Health and beauty products put on the skin are considered hygiene products and therefore are not covered by the right of return with exceptions for unopened, unused, and sealed items, and faulty or damaged goods received.

Payments can sometimes be cancelled automatically and this is outside our control. Please try placing the order again.

Shipping 🚚

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard shipping on all products and expedited shipping add-ons. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, including processing time. For questions, contact info@yuvy.co.uk.

We ship to the United Kingdom, and to most countries Worldwide. Countries available for shipment will be displayed on the Checkout page.

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible. If you’re not home, the parcel will be left with neighbours or taken to a service point, and you’ll receive a notification.

Order Tracking 📦

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders placed before 17:00 GMT+2 are usually processed within 24 hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Enter your email address and order number to see the current status.

Tracking updates appear only after the parcel has been received by the shipping company. Please allow some time for updates to appear.

Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, email us and we’ll resend the details. You can always track your order using your order number and email on the Track & Trace page.
