SHIPPING

Delivery and shipping are handled by YUVY. Every package includes tracking and is free of charge for you as the customer. Our free shipping applies to recipients in the United Kingdom.

We dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If personalisation of your order is required, we will need an additional 2–3 days. To reduce costs and offer you more competitive prices, shipments are sent directly from the supplier. As a result, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Since we ship orders directly from the supplier, the average delivery time is 5-7 business days. This direct shipping model allows us to offer our products at significantly lower prices than our online and retail competitors.

RETURNS

Not entirely satisfied with the product you received? You may return your order within 30 days, no questions asked.

For faulty products, our Quality Assurance team will request photo or video evidence.

Is your product defective? In many cases, a return isn’t even necessary – we’ll simply send you a replacement!

Please note: Refusing delivery of an in-transit package does not count as an automatic return. If a package is refused, it remains with the local courier and cannot be processed as a formal return. To initiate a return, you must first accept the delivery and then follow our returns policy by sending the item back to the address we provide. Only then can we guarantee your return will be processed correctly.

Returns may be sent to our central warehouse in China. Please be aware that return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes, are the customer’s responsibility. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund immediately.

Health and beauty products put on the skin are considered hygiene products and therefore are not covered by the right of return with exceptions for unopened, unused, and sealed items, and faulty or damaged goods received.
